目的 :为了改善 Parkinson病动物模型的行为变化。方法 :将 Parkinson病动物模型自体颈上神经节移植入尾状核 ,术后 30~ 60天中观察动物模型的行为变化。结果 :移植术后经行为检测 ,动物模型的行为有明显改善 ;光镜下观察 ,移植物成活。结论 :颈上神经节脑内移植可明显改善 Parkinson病动物模型的行为。
Purpose: To improve behavioral changes in animal models of Parkinson’s disease. Methods: The autologous cervical ganglion was implanted into the caudate nucleus of Parkinson’s disease animal models. The behavioral changes of the animal models were observed after 30-60 days. Results: The behavior of the animal model was significantly improved after the transplantation. The light microscope and the graft survived. Conclusion: Transplantation of the superior cervical ganglion can significantly improve the behavior of Parkinson’s disease animal model.
