截齿是采煤机械工作机构重要截割部件,为分析截齿结构对其受力及强度的影响,在对现有截齿结构改进设计的基础上,建立了外包式和内嵌式2种不同结构截齿的力学仿真模型并对其进行有限元分析,探讨了其应力和应变的分布规律。仿真结果表明:2种截齿的最大受力位置都在齿尖位置,与实际生产中截齿的破坏位置一致;与内嵌式截齿相比,外包式截齿所受应力较小且分布均匀;焊接处较为隐蔽不易被破坏,有利于降低磨损,增大使用寿命,提高生产效率。仿真结果为截齿的选择和设计提供了一种新的方法,并对截齿的合理设计和选用提供重要依据。
In order to analyze the influence of the pick structure on its force and strength, based on the improved design of the existing pick structure, two kinds of outsourcing and inline The mechanical simulation model of picks with different structures is analyzed and the finite element analysis is carried out. The distribution of stress and strain is discussed. The simulation results show that the maximum stress position of the two kinds of picks is at the position of the tooth tip, which is consistent with the position of the sabot in actual production. Compared with the embedded picks, the stress of the outsourcing picks is small and distributed Uniform; welding is not easy to be hidden more vulnerable to damage, help to reduce wear and tear, increase service life, improve production efficiency. The simulation results provide a new method for the selection and design of picks, and provide an important basis for the rational design and selection of picks.
