本文通过调查并结合相关理论,分析了苏南农村体育教师对工作的满意程度与影响工作积极性的因素。结果表明,被试的职业倦怠现象整体上还不太严重,但具有一定程度的普遍性,并且个人成就感低落,工作环境和生活状况令人担忧,这不利于教师队伍的稳定和发展,也不利于解决我国党和政府长期关注的“三农”问题。笔者认为强化职业认同感,是消除农村体育教师职业倦怠现象的核心因素。
Through the investigation and the combination of relevant theories, this paper analyzes the satisfaction of the rural PE teachers in South Jiangsu Province and the factors that affect their motivation. The result shows that the burnout of the subjects is not serious as a whole. However, it has a certain degree of universality, low personal accomplishment and worrisome work environment and living conditions, which is not conducive to the stability and development of the teaching staff. Is not conducive to solving the “three rural issues” that our party and government have long been concerned about. The author believes that strengthening occupational identity is the core factor to eliminate occupational burnout in rural PE teachers.
