对专家系统的关键技术———知识获取、知识表示和基于知识的推理机制进行了深入的研究和探讨。在分析了大量的典型拉深件成形工艺方案的基础上总结了拉深件工艺设计知识,并将它们按照冲压件工艺设计过程进行模块化组织。为了简化设计、提高效率,设计了采用正向推理方式进行分层推理的推理机制,并对推理控制策略进行详细的讨论。还开发了知识获取模块和解释模块以及系统与UGⅡ的数据接口,实现了拉深件工艺设计专家系统,即APDEX。
The key technologies of expert system --- knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and knowledge-based reasoning mechanism are deeply studied and discussed. Based on the analysis of a large number of typical deep drawing parts forming process, the drawing process design knowledge is summarized and they are organized according to the process designing process of stamping parts. In order to simplify the design and improve the efficiency, the inference mechanism of forward reasoning is designed and the reasoning control strategy is discussed in detail. Also developed a knowledge acquisition module and the interpretation module and the system and UG Ⅱ data interface to achieve a deep drawing process design expert system, namely APDEX.
