人力资本,是企业发展的关键力量,一个企业的薪酬分配体系是否具有激励功能,对调动员工积极性和提高企业竞争力有着不可替代的作用。本文根据分析薪酬分配体系基本构成要素,从而探寻它本身的激励效用,以此发发掘最有效的薪酬激励模式。
Human capital is a key force in the development of an enterprise. Whether an enterprise’s salary distribution system has an incentive function plays an irreplaceable role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the basic elements of the remuneration distribution system, this paper explores its own incentive utility to find the most effective remuneration incentive model.
