目的:研究裸花紫珠对临床分离的链霉素耐药结核分枝杆菌(编号14506)和链霉素敏感结核分枝杆菌的(编号14374)体外抑菌活性。方法:选择链霉素为阳性对照药,采用绝对浓度法和直接作用法让链霉素和裸花紫珠分别与受试菌作用,记录并分析试验现象。结果:采用绝对浓度法时裸花紫珠对14506和14374的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为31.97mg/m L,采用直接作用法时裸花紫珠对14506、14374的MIC均为4.00mg/m L。结论:裸花紫珠对链霉素耐药结核分枝杆菌和链霉素敏感结核分枝杆菌有较好的体外抑菌活性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of naked flower purple beads on streptomycin-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (nos. 14506) and streptomycin-sensitive Mycobacterium tuberculosis (nos. 14374). Methods: Streptomycin was used as a positive control, and streptomycin and nucifera were treated respectively with antibacterial and test methods by absolute concentration method and direct action method. The phenomenon of test was recorded and analyzed. Results: The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 14506 and 14374 were all 31.97 mg / m L using the absolute concentration method. The MIC values of the naked flower purple beads on 14506 and 14374 were all 4.00 mg / m L. Conclusion: The naked flower of purple beads streptomycin-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis and streptomycin-sensitive Mycobacterium tuberculosis have good antibacterial activity in vitro.
