为了弄清影响农村初中物理教师专业发展的不利因素,笔者以江苏省灌云县农村初中物理教师为样本,采用问卷、座谈、访谈和观察等方法进行了研究。一、发展状况调查1.基本情况我县现有162名农村初中物理教师,其中高级教师占5%(含校长和副校长),中级职称占22%,初级职称约占77%,没有不合格学历。50岁以上的教师已基本不再执教,即职业生涯大约缩短10年。2.水平状况(1)参与问卷调查的教师,列出的发表或获奖论文题目有:小议班主任的教学心得;浅议物理题目的解题技巧;新课程的挑战;物理实验;教学模式的选择更应讲实事求是;浅谈物理探究教学模式;
