过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体(PPAR)γ是一类配体激活2型核受体超家族。PPAR-γ作用广泛,主要参与调节胰岛素敏感组织的糖、脂肪代谢。近年来发现,PPAR-γ在炎性细胞、肿瘤细胞、呼吸道上皮、支气管黏膜下层、呼吸道平滑肌均有表达,有抑制炎症、诱导细胞分化、抑制增殖、诱导凋亡等作用。PPAR-γ相关信号通路在慢性炎症、肺动脉高压、动脉粥样硬化、胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢、肿瘤和肥胖中发挥重要的调节作用。
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) gamma is a class of ligand-activated type 2 nuclear receptor superfamily. PPAR-γ wide range of roles, mainly involved in the regulation of insulin-sensitive tissues of sugar, fat metabolism. In recent years, it has been found that PPAR-γ is expressed in inflammatory cells, tumor cells, respiratory epithelium, bronchial submucosa, and respiratory smooth muscle, inhibiting inflammation, inducing cell differentiation, inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis. PPAR-γ-related signaling pathway plays an important regulatory role in chronic inflammation, pulmonary hypertension, atherosclerosis, insulin resistance, glucose and lipid metabolism, cancer and obesity.
