通过选择不同固溶、时效温度组合 ,对新型镁合金压铸用模具钢 (HDM钢 )的组织及性能和热处理工艺之间的关系进行了详细地探讨 ,确定出HDM钢最佳固溶时效热处理工艺为 (110 0± 10 )℃× 1h +(70 0 +10 )℃× 2h。
The relationship between the microstructure and properties of the new magnesium alloy die-casting die steel (HDM steel) and the heat treatment process was discussed in detail by selecting different solution-temperature and aging temperature combinations, and the optimal solution heat treatment process (110 0 ± 10) ℃ × 1h + (70 0 +10) ℃ × 2h.
