首先阐述了新研发的全液压移动破碎站液压系统工作原理,分析了其控制系统的控制要求。该控制系统采用CAN总线技术,研发基于TTC60控制系统硬件,并完成上位机人机界面和控制器软件设计。通过对控制系统的软硬件调试可知,该控制系统可靠性高,稳定性好,抗干扰能力强,能够适应恶劣工况。
First of all, the working principle of hydraulic system of the newly developed full hydraulic mobile crushing plant is expounded, and the control requirements of its control system are analyzed. The control system uses CAN bus technology, research and development based on TTC60 control system hardware, and to complete the host computer interface and controller software design. Through the debugging of the control system software and hardware, we can see that the control system has high reliability, good stability, strong anti-interference ability, able to adapt to harsh conditions.
