有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的死亡原因主要为呼吸衰竭。2002年3月～2006年10月,我们应用机械通气(MV)辅助治疗AOPP致呼吸衰竭患者32例,效果满意。现报告如下。临床资料:本组32例AOPP致呼吸衰竭患者,男13例,女19例;年龄12～62岁。均为口服农药中毒,服毒量30～300ml,就诊距服毒时间0.5～4h;农药种类为甲拌磷1例,敌敌畏17例,乐果5例,氧化乐果9例。入院后均检查血、尿、粪常规、胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性,及肝功、肾功、心肌酶谱、心电图、动脉血气、X线胸片。均符合下列应用MV的标准之一:①经积极治疗后病情仍继续恶化;②意识障碍;③呼吸
Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) causes of death mainly respiratory failure. March 2002 to October 2006, we applied mechanical ventilation (MV) adjuvant treatment of AOPP induced respiratory failure in 32 patients with satisfactory results. The report is as follows. Clinical data: The group of 32 patients with respiratory failure caused by AOPP, 13 males and 19 females; aged 12 to 62 years. All were oral pesticide poisoning, taking the dose of 30 ~ 300ml, visiting the time from taking poisoning 0.5 ~ 4h; pesticide species phorate 1 cases, 17 cases of dichlorvos, 5 cases of dimethoate, omethoate 9 cases. After admission, blood, urine, fecal routine, cholinesterase (CHE) activity, and liver function, renal function, myocardial enzymes, electrocardiogram, arterial blood gas and X-ray were examined. All of which meet one of the following criteria for MV application: (1) the condition continues to worsen after active treatment; (2) disturbance of consciousness; (3) respiration
