研究鲁米诺化学发光体系对甘蓝中甲基对硫磷残留的测定方法。该反应是基于碱性介质中甲基对硫磷可极大地增强鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系的化学发光。其最佳反应条件是:pH 12.71、鲁米诺浓度1×10-3 mol/L、过氧化氢浓度0.03 mol/L。甲基对硫磷质量浓度在0.056~2.8 mg/L范围,化学发光呈良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差RSD为3.59%(0.168 mg/L甲基对硫磷,n=11),检出限为(S/N=3)0.035 mg/L。用该方法测定甘蓝中甲基对硫磷的残留量,结果令人满意。
To study the luminol chemiluminescence system for determination of parathion residue in cabbage. The reaction is based on the alkaline medium methyl parathion can greatly enhance the luminol - hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence.
