太极拳是中华民族五千多年无数先贤智慧的结晶,是中华民族的宝贵体育文化遗产。它所具有的益气养神、固肾健脾、通经和血、养精骨、利关节、防治疾病和强身健体之功效早已被证实,被人们所接受。但“太极拳有无真功夫”一直是存于许多人头脑中的疑问。文章就有关太极拳真功夫的机理问题进行研究,以求消除人们的疑虑,使太极拳更加发扬光大。

The article researches on the mechanism of Taijiquan Kungfu in order to eliminate people’s doubts and make Taiji more flourish.
