传统的系统建模方法是建立系统各个环节的动力学方程式,经过线性化处理而得到的。由于电液系统中的许多“软量”难以确定,以及实际系统存在的非线性因素,使模型的准确性受到影响。系统辨识方法是通过对系统进行动态测试,将获得的信息进行数据处理从而获得系统模型的。只要尽可能排除噪声污染,测得的信息必然如实反映系统当时当地的状况。用辨识方法来对电液系统建模,将带来许多方便和好处。
The traditional system modeling method is to establish the kinetic equation of every link of the system and get the result of linearization. The accuracy of the model is affected by the inability to determine many “soft volumes” in the electro-hydraulic system and the actual system’s non-linearities. The system identification method is through the dynamic testing of the system, the information obtained by data processing to obtain the system model. As long as the noise pollution is eliminated as much as possible, the measured information must faithfully reflect the current local conditions of the system. Modeling electro-hydraulic systems with identification methods will bring many conveniences and benefits.
