目的了解某省职业卫生技术服务机构人员队伍、服务能力现状及其存在的问题,为寻求对策提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法对某省89家职业卫生技术服务机构的人员情况、服务能力进行调查。结果某省职业卫生技术服务机构人员学历以本科、大专及以下为主;职称构成以初级、中级为主;专业构成及技术服务开展情况在不同性质机构之间存在差异。结论职业卫生技术服务机构应加强人才的引进与培养,优化专业构成,监管部门应强化业务量绩效考核,以有限的服务资源提供最大范围的技术服务。
Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems of personnel and service ability of occupational health service agencies in a province and to provide basis for seeking solutions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the staffing and service capabilities of 89 occupational health service agencies in a province. Results The professional qualifications of occupational health service agencies in a certain province were mainly undergraduate, college and below. The composition of professional titles was mainly junior and intermediate. The professional composition and the development of technical services differed among institutions of different nature. Conclusion Occupational Health Technical Service Organizations should strengthen the introduction and training of qualified personnel and optimize the professional composition. The regulatory authorities should strengthen the performance assessment of business volume and provide the largest range of technical services with limited service resources.
