目的：构建符合灾区村民减灾急救培训的模式。方法采用评价性研究设计。主要包含三主要阶段。培训准备阶段、实施阶段和效果评价阶段。结果灾区村民减灾急救培训的模式包括四个主要方面：培训原则、内容、方法和评价；减灾急救培训团队组建；减灾急救物品和设备；减灾急救培训时间和参加的对象。结论灾区村民减灾急救培训模式的构建，不仅需要系统构建减灾急救培训内容，还需要有计划、有系统的在人员组建、急救物品准备适合本地需求、培训时间和参加者教育水平等多方面综合考虑。“,”Objective To develop disaster risk reduction first-aid model for rural residents in a disaster-prone area. Methods The model was evaluated with evaluative research design for its three stages: preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. Results The model included:first-aid principles, contents, methods and evaluation;first-aid team development;first-aid materials and equipment;and first-aid training time and participants. Conclusion Construction of first aid training model for rural residents not only requires building disaster emergency training system, but more importantly also a comprehensive plan in considering in forming the first aid staff team, medical supply which fits local needs, training time as well as the educational level of participants.
