目的探讨PDCA循环管理在基层健康教育全面质量管理中的应用。方法选取2016年1月~8月对XX层医院收治的患者180例作为研究对象,对其行问卷调查,分析其对管理模式的满意程度,对XX基层医院医护人员进行PDCA循环管理健康教育。结果管理后患者对教育形式、教育内容、时机选择、沟通技巧、讲解清楚等方面满意度较管理前有显著提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层健康教育的全面质量管理中应用PDCA循环管理方案,有利于全面监督及检查健康教育中的每个环节,可提高健康教育工作质量。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle management in total quality management of primary health education. Methods From January to August, 2016, 180 cases of patients admitted to XX-level hospital were selected as research objects. Questionnaires were conducted to investigate the degree of satisfaction with the management mode and PDCA cycle-management health education for XX hospital staff. Results After the management, patients’ satisfaction with education form, education content, timing, communication skills and clarification was significantly improved compared with those before management, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the PDCA cycle management scheme in the total quality management of primary health education is conducive to the overall supervision and inspection of every aspect of health education and can improve the quality of health education.
