罗氏沼虾又称马来西亚大虾,原产于东南亚,是一种大型淡水经济虾类。罗氏沼虾具有个体大、食性杂、生长快、营养丰富、味道鲜美等优点。虾肉中含蛋白质18.27％,脂肪1.97％,且蛋白质中含人体必需的氨基酸8种之多,是理想的养殖品种。为了探求其养殖技术,2000年我们进行了罗氏沼虾试验,现将试验情况介绍如下: 1 材料与方法 Macrobrachium rosenblack, also known as Malaysian prawn, native to Southeast Asia, is a large freshwater economic shrimp.
