目的研究微波辐射对淫羊藿朝藿定B提取的影响。方法采用单因素试验逐一考察提取溶剂、料液比、微波辐射时间对朝藿定B提取率的影响;采用紫外-可见光分光光度法考察微波辐射对朝藿定B稳定性的影响;采用石蜡切片方法研究微波辐射对淫羊藿材料的影响。结果乙醇体积分数和微波辐射时间对提取率的影响较大,料液比影响较小。微波辐射能引起叶片组织等的破损,但不会影响朝藿定B的稳定性。结论微波辐射能够提升提取效果,其机制可能是微波辐射促进了乙醇溶液进入叶片组织和朝藿定B溶出叶片组织的传质过程。
Objective To study the effect of microwave irradiation on the epimedium B epimedndin B extraction. Methods The effects of extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio and microwave irradiation time on the extraction rate of epimedin B were investigated by single factor experiments. The effects of microwave irradiation on the stability of epimedin B were investigated by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. Methods The effects of microwave radiation on epimedium materials were studied. Results The volume fraction of ethanol and microwave irradiation time had a significant effect on the extraction rate and the effect of solid-liquid ratio was small. Microwave radiation can cause damage to leaf tissue and the like but does not affect the stability of Epimedin B. Conclusion Microwave irradiation can improve the extraction efficiency. The mechanism may be that microwave radiation promotes the mass transfer of ethanol solution into leaf tissue and epimedin B dissolution leaf tissue.
