劳动者是劳动关系理论的研究对象,同时,劳动者的也是人力资源管理和企业管理的重要内容。人力资源管理与劳动关系是企业发展的重要内容,它们相互影响,相互促进。当前,我国企业管理存在理论与实践脱节的现象,为了更好地促进企业的可持续发展,有必要对人力资源管理与劳动关系的异同及融合进行详细分析,以此促进企业的快速发展。
