目的:探讨在急诊科实施责任护理制的效果。方法:选取义乌市中心医院急诊科2016年1月~6月收治的患者500例为对照组,选取2016年7月~12月收治的患者500例为观察组,对照组给予常规急诊护理,观察组实施责任护理制,比较两组护理质量评分、护理不良事件及护理投诉发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组基础护理质量评分、危重护理质量评分、健康教育质量评分、护理资料质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理不良事件发生率与护理投诉发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医生满意度、患者满意度、护理人员自我满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊科实施责任护理制能够改善护理质量,减少护理不良事件及护理投诉,提高护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of implementing the responsibility nursing system in the emergency department. Methods: 500 cases of emergency department of Yiwu Central Hospital from January to June 2016 were selected as the control group. 500 cases of patients admitted from July to December 2016 were selected as the observation group and the control group were given routine emergency care and observation Group implementation of responsibility care system, compared the two groups of quality of care scores, nursing adverse events and the incidence of nursing complaints, nursing satisfaction. Results: The basic nursing quality score, critical care quality score, health education quality score and nursing data quality score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidences of nursing adverse events and nursing complaints in the observation group were lower than those in the control (P <0.05). The degree of satisfaction, patient satisfaction and self-satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Implementing the responsibility nursing system in the emergency department can improve the quality of nursing care, reduce the adverse events and nursing complaints, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
