目的识别并检测某钼精粉冶炼建设项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价该建设项目的职业病危害控制效果,从源头控制或消除职业病危害,防治职业病,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、工程分析、职业卫生检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合评价。结果粉尘作业岗位合格率为11.1%,噪声作业岗位合格率为46.2%,钼及其化合物及高温作业岗位合格率为100.0%;鄂破工、筛分工、皮带工、球磨工等部分工种接触粉尘浓度与噪声强度超标。结论该建设项目属职业病危害严重建设项目,防护措施存在一定问题,如严格落实整改意见,基本能达到竣工验收条件。
Objective To identify and detect occupational hazards in a molybdenum smelter construction project, evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards in this project, control or eliminate occupational hazards from the source, prevent occupational diseases and protect the health of laborers. Methods The methods of occupational health field survey, engineering analysis, occupational health examination and occupational health examination were used for comprehensive evaluation. Results The passing rate of dust jobs was 11.1%, the passing rate of noise jobs was 46.2%, the passing rate of molybdenum and its compounds and high-temperature jobs was 100.0%, and the contact dust of some workers such as workers, screening workers, belt workers and ball mill workers Concentration and noise intensity exceeded. Conclusion The construction project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. There are some problems in protective measures. For instance, strict implementation of rectification suggestions can basically achieve the conditions of completion and acceptance.
