用马铃薯72个杂交组合和18亲本第一代(F_1)实生苗的9种性状一年的数据计算了表现型的、基因型的和环境的简单相关系数。用12个母本系和6个父本测交种按品系×测交种的模式做了杂交。试验设计采取了随机区组,重复3次,在Kafri,Simla(印度)于1979~1980年作物生长期进行。发现了实生种子千粒重与块茎总产量、主茎叶片数、单株茎数和收获指数的表现型的和基因型的正相关。试验结果指出,实生种子千粒重能用于对F_1代实生苗的产量和其他性状的选择。
A simple correlation coefficient of phenotypic, genotype and environment was calculated from one year’s data of 9 traits of 72 hybrid combinations of potato and 18 first-generation (F1) seedlings. Hybrids were made with 12 maternal lines and 6 paternal lines tested by line × crossbred patterns. The trial design was randomized to three replicate plots, conducted at the Kafri, Simla (India) crop period 1979-1980. The 1000-grain weight of seedlings was found to be positively correlated with the phenotypic and genotypes of total tuber yield, number of main stem leaves, number of stems per plant and harvest index. The results of the experiment indicated that the seed grain weight of seedlings can be used for the selection of yield and other traits of F1 generation seedlings.
