针对矿用平地机工作装置经常出现的铰接位置开焊、油缸漏油等故障提供一种设计解决方案。以GR550平地机工作装置为例,先进行三维建模,并建立起相应虚拟样机模型;然后对铲刀入土与铲刀推土这两种运动进行分析,通过动力仿真得到工作装置各铰接点的受力曲线图;最后将受力曲线图中的最大约束力作为有限元仿真的边界条件,对以上两种工作状态进行静力分析,并校核GR550工作装置的结构强度。
