采用液面波动VOF和传热模型,运用ANSYS CFX有限元仿真软件构建薄板坯在结晶器内的波动状况和温度场分布。通过有限元计算可知:液面波动VOF模型可以有效地对三维结晶器液面波动进行模拟;通过仿真研究拉速与液面波动的关系和拉速与温度场的关系,得出随着拉速的增大,液面波动加剧,卷渣增多,结晶器出口处的温度增大。
VOF and heat transfer model were used to simulate the fluctuation and temperature distribution of the slab in the mold by using ANSYS CFX software. Through the finite element analysis, it can be seen that the VOF model can effectively simulate the three-dimensional crystallizer liquid level fluctuation. Through the simulation study of the relationship between the pulling velocity and the liquid surface fluctuation and the relationship between the pulling velocity and the temperature field, Of the increase, increased liquid level fluctuations, increased volume of slag, mold outlet temperature increases.
