目的评价南昌市医疗放射作业人员的职业健康状况。方法按照《放射工作人员职业健康管理办法》规定中的体检项目,对南昌市49个医疗机构在岗的医疗放射作业人员214人进行职业健康检查。建立个人健康档案并录入信息库。采用SPSS 12.0软件进行统计分析。结果 214例医疗放射作业人员异常检出121人,异常检出率为56.54%。异常检出项:眼科36.45%(晶状体混浊为12.15%),腹部B超(肝、胆、脾)33.64%,血压14.49%,心电图12.61%,外周血象11.68%,肝功能6.54%,肾功能4.67%、外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率均≤2%;异常检出率随年龄和工龄增长而增加,男女之间、医疗机构级别之间无统计学差异。结论在进行体检的医疗放射作业人员中未发现与放射损伤相关的疑似病例,处于亚健康状况人员占半数以上,年龄前移,并随年龄和工龄增长而增加,建议在做好放射防护的同时,从生活习惯、饮食、运动等方面提高身体素质。外周血象异常25人不符合国家放射人员健康标准,需暂时脱离放射工作,复查后方可评定是否适宜放射岗位。
Objective To evaluate the occupational health status of medical radiation workers in Nanchang. Methods According to the medical examination items stipulated in the Administrative Measures on Occupational Health of Radiation Workers, occupational health examination was conducted on 214 medical radiation workers in 49 medical institutions in Nanchang. Conclusion No suspected cases related to radiation injury were found in the medical radiation workers who carried out the medical examination. More than half of them were in the sub-health status, and the patients moved forward with age and increased their seniority. It is suggested that while radiation protection should be done , From the habits, diet, exercise and other aspects of improving physical fitness. Peripheral blood anomalies 25 people do not meet the national health standards for radiation personnel, the need to temporarily separated from the radiological work, review before they can assess the appropriate radiological post.
