八路军流动工作团,是随着以山西为中心的抗日根据地建设而组建的军工企业,它为八路军开展敌后游击战提供武器装备。为适应游击战的需要,队伍跟随主力部队流动,故称流动工作团,也被誉为“驮在驴背上的兵工厂”。全团有1000多人,成员来自五湖四海,有从欧洲回国的留学生,有从南洋归来的华侨,有国内高等学府的教授和学生,有大城市工业产业的技术人员,也有根据地土生土长的能工巧匠。其中著名的高级知识分子有100多位。
The Eighth Route Army Mobile Work Group, a military industrial enterprise formed along with the construction of the anti-Japanese base area centered on Shanxi, provides the Eighth Route Army with weapons and equipment for conducting enemy guerrilla warfare behind enemy lines.
