用聚合酶链反应方法扩增标准人型结核杆菌株 HRv 37,获得一158bp 的 DNA 片段。该法可检测系列稀释的结核杆菌 DNA 至100fg。检测25倒结核痰标本(结核菌培养阳性6例)中,10例阳性,4例可疑阳性,说明检测方法比结核秆菌培养敏感,可进一步试用于临床结核病人的病原诊断。
A standard human M. tuberculosis strain HRv 37 was amplified by polymerase chain reaction to obtain a 158 bp DNA fragment. The method can detect serial dilutions of Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA to 100fg. Detection of 25 inverted tuberculosis sputum samples (6 cases of positive TB culture), 10 were positive, 4 suspicious positive, indicating that the detection method is more sensitive than the cultivation of Staphylococcus aureus, which can be further used in the clinical diagnosis of TB pathogens.
