通过核桃楸嫁接试验 ,对室外立木嫁接和温室裸根苗嫁接的不同嫁接方法和温、湿度等影响嫁接成活的因子进行了初步研究 ,总结出核桃楸嫁接的方法以插皮接为好 ,室内外嫁接成活率高出其它方法10 %~ 2 0 %;室内嫁接温度以 2 5~ 3 0℃最适宜 ;室外嫁接套保湿袋增温 ,嫁接前 3d砧木从地径处砍口放水。在移栽苗木管理上也总结出用湿锯末埋至顶芽下保湿保温新方法
Through the grafting experiment of M. tuber, different grafting methods such as outdoor grafting and greenhouse bare root seedling grafting and the factors affecting the grafting survival such as temperature and humidity were studied. The grafting method of J. wallichii was summarized as follows: Grafting survival rate 10% ~ 20% higher than other methods; Indoor grafting temperature of 25 ~ 30 ℃ most appropriate; outdoor graft sleeve moisturizing bag warming, rootstock three days before grafting cut from the mouth cut water. In transplanting seedling management also concluded with wet sawdust buried to the top bud under the new method of moisturizing and heat preservation
