近年来,国内经济发展速度越来越快。对于建筑行业而言起着直接拉动作用。建筑行业本身属于管理及劳动密集型的产业,因此在人力资源基本配置方面提出了较高要求,而其配置程序也始终处于变化发展进程中。文章以此作为研究对象,首先分析建筑工程项目人力资源绩效评价相关影响因素,再结合笔者实践经验介绍建筑工程项目人力资源绩效评价体系的构建程序,以期能为优化建筑工程项目人力资源绩效评价体系的构建程序起到积极作用。
