在石油化工生产当中,基于操作压力以及操作温度都比较高,容器内部的介质大多具有较强程度的腐蚀性,所以对于生产安全提出了较大的挑战。为了保证安全生产,必须对现场的压力容器进行全面、准确的理化检验,保证设备的质量满足要求,不会在生产运行过程中发生损坏。本文就石油化工施工现场理化检验的质量控制进行了全面的讨论。
