目的:构建乙型肝炎病毒基因疫苗 p C R3.1 S,观察重组人白细胞介素2(rh I L2)作为佐剂对其诱导 B A L B/c 小鼠产生免疫应答的影响. 方法:以 E L I S A 法检测免疫小鼠血清抗 H Bs,另用3 H Td R 参入法测定淋巴细胞增殖活性,初步研究不同免疫组的体液和细胞免疫应答. 结果:rh I L2 组免疫小鼠抗 H Bs 抗体和淋巴细胞增殖活性与对照组相比有显著差异( P< 0.05). 结论: H B V 基因疫苗可诱发 B A L B/c 产生良好的免疫应答,rh I L2 作为佐剂可增强其免疫效应
Objective: To construct hepatitis B virus gene vaccine pC R3.1S, and to observe the effect of recombinant human interleukin-2 (IL-2) as an adjuvant on the immune response induced by B A L B / c mice . Methods: Serum anti-H Bs of mice were detected by E L I S A method. Lymphocyte proliferative activity was measured by 3H-Td R incorporation method. The humoral and cellular immune responses of different immune groups were preliminarily studied. Results: The anti-H Bs antibody and lymphocyte proliferative activity of rh I L2 immunized mice were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: H B V gene vaccine can induce B A L B / c to produce a good immune response, rh I L 2 as an adjuvant can enhance its immune response
