当今社会企业与企业间的竞争逐步加剧,这种竞争不仅是企业技术硬实力的比较,更是企业文化与企业形象这种软实力的比拼。价值观念、成长环境、生活习惯不同的人组成了企业的运作团队,如何树立良好的企业形象,制定正确的管理制度和管理意识,充分调动企业内员工的最大能动性成了企业发展的动力和关键。只有协调好员工与企业的步伐,才能留着人才,建立良好的运营机制,保证企业的稳定性。人文理念是对以人为本的人性化体制的扩充和创新,是企业在新形式下发展的必然要求。本文针对通过分析人文管理的含义、内容、及特征,提出了人文管理的价值,希望为企业发展提供思路。
The competition between social enterprises and enterprises is gradually aggravated today. This kind of competition is not only the comparison of the hard power of enterprises, but also the soft power competition of corporate culture and corporate image. Value, growth environment, different habits of people formed the operating team of enterprises, how to establish a good corporate image, develop the correct management system and management awareness, and fully mobilize the maximum motivation of the staff became the driving force and the key to enterprise development .
