目的探讨应用自行的克氏针行腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效。方法应用自制克氏针对120例患儿行腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术,评价疗效及安全性。结果 120例手术均成功,无中转开放手术,无手术并发症发生,术后平均住院时间2天。随访3～30月,复发1例。结论应用自制的克氏针行腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术方便、简单、安全、可行、效果好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia sac hyperplasia with Kirschner wire for laparoscopic indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methods Kirschner wire was used in 120 children undergoing laparoscopic high ligation of laparoscopic hernia to evaluate the efficacy and safety. Results 120 cases of surgery were successful, no transfer of open surgery, no complications occurred, the average postoperative hospital stay for 2 days. Follow-up 3 to 30 months, 1 case of recurrence. Conclusion The application of homemade Kirschner wire laparoscopic pediatric inguinal hernia sac ligation convenient, simple, safe, feasible and effective, worthy of clinical application.
