在我国,英语学习越来越普遍,但是效果并不理想。外语教育工作者一直在思考如何能更好地使学习者真正地掌握英语,经过多年的反思,外语界提出了学习动机对外语学习的影响,并研究了一套外语学习的动机激发策略。但由于学习者的个性化差异,教师不能对全体学生使用同一动机激发策略,本文旨在浅谈学习者个性化因素与动机激发策略的关系。
In our country, English learning is more and more common, but the result is not satisfactory. Foreign language educators have been thinking about how to better enable learners to master English. After years of reflection, the foreign language community has proposed the influence of learning motivation on foreign language learning and has studied a set of motivational strategies for foreign language learning. However, due to the individual differences of learners, teachers can not use the same motivation to motivate strategy for all students. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationship between learner personality and motivation strategy.
