近年来,群众对医疗服务质量的要求越来越高,医患纠纷频发。一旦发生医患纠纷,医患双方往往情绪对立、关系紧张。若处置不当,就极可能引发群体性事件,影响社会稳定。在此,笔者结合云南省昭通市公安局蒙泉派出所的实际工作,总结出4条调解医患纠纷的经验做法,与派出所民警们交流探讨。
In recent years, people’s requirements for the quality of medical services are getting higher and higher, frequent disputes between doctors and patients. In the event of a doctor-patient dispute, doctors and patients tend to be emotionally antagonistic and nervous. If handled improperly, it is very likely to trigger mass incidents, affecting social stability. At this point, the author combines the actual work of Mengquan police station of Zhaotong Public Security Bureau of Yunnan Province, summed up the experience of mediating disputes between doctors and patients and exchanging experiences with the police of police station.
