磨课,意为打磨课例,是一个凝聚团队智慧,通过反复推敲将课堂教学推向实效、高效的教研过程。笔者尝试探讨“磨课”所研究问题的价值取向,以期进一步确立“磨课”研究的方向,引导磨课向纵深发展,进一步提高课堂教学的效益。一般情况下,体育教研组开展“磨课”研究时,可以采取以下步骤确定具体的研究问题。一、罗列疑难问题,锁定实践问题教学中,我们会遇到各种各样的困惑,哪些是大家进行磨课时所要研究的问题?首先要罗列一下个人或团队所遇到的教学困惑。
