随着经济全球化的深入发展,我国企业内部人力资源的矛盾凸显出来,人力资源管理目标包括着全体管理人员在人力资源管理方面的目标任务与专门的人力资源部门的目标与任务。所以企业结合自身发展实际情况,引入战略性人力资源管理的理念,促进其与企业经济经营目标的战略匹配。本文主要通过分析新时期人力资源管理面临的严峻挑战,以及引入战略性人力资源管理的理念的意义,探讨强化战略性人力资源管理的措施,旨在为我国企业人力资源管理提供参考。
With the deepening of economic globalization, the contradictions among the human resources in our country are highlighted. The objectives of human resources management include the objectives and tasks of all the managers in the human resources management and the specialized human resources departments. Therefore, combining with the actual situation of their own development, the enterprise introduces the concept of strategic human resources management and promotes its strategic matching with the goal of economic management of enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the measures of strengthening strategic human resource management by analyzing the severe challenges facing human resource management in the new era and the significance of introducing the concept of strategic human resource management, which aims to provide a reference for the human resource management in China.
