受教育权是公民的基本权利,也是每个人生存发展的基本前提。虽然目前教育领域中公然的性别歧视已经不多见,但是“微观的不平等”仍然普遍存在。我国大陆在性别平等教育方面的立法还比较粗略,笔者希冀通过对我国台湾地区性别平等教育立法和制度的介绍给大陆提供参考经验。一、台湾地区保障教育领域性别平等的主要法律我国台湾地区保障教育领域中性别平等的立法主要完善于21世纪初期,形成了以“宪法”为基础,“性别 The right to education is the basic rights of citizens and the basic prerequisite for the survival and development of everyone.
