基于耦合理论,探讨了高等教育发展和高技术产业技术创新的耦合作用机理,以中国大陆31个省域2003-2013年的面板数据为例,对各省域高等教育发展和高技术产业技术创新耦合协调关系及其空间分布格局进行了定量分析。研究结果表明:(1)省域高等教育和高技术产业技术创新之间存在显著的正相关关系;(2)省域高等教育和高技术产业技术创新耦合协调度均值在(0.23,0.32)之间,总体上处于失调衰退耦合状态;(3)从时间变化上来看,各省域耦合态势变化较为平稳,整体耦合协调水平略有下降;从空间分布来看,省域间耦合协调度差异显著,整体呈“东部高西部低、沿海高内陆低”的空间格局。
Based on the coupling theory, the coupling mechanism between the development of higher education and the technological innovation of high-tech industry was discussed. Taking the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2003 to 2013 as an example, the coupling of the development of higher education and the technological innovation of high-tech industry Coordination relationship and its spatial distribution pattern were quantitatively analyzed. From the perspective of spatial distribution, there was significant difference in coupling coordination between provinces and regions, Overall was “low in the eastern high west, high inland coastal low ” spatial pattern.
