受国务院侨办委托,南京侨办组织部分南京淮扬菜厨师于9月16日至10月3日赴荷兰、比利时、瑞士三国开展“淮扬菜系厨艺展示”访问活动。厨艺团由江苏省侨办副主任季俊秋任团长。厨艺团的四位大师分别是:南京威斯汀大酒店中餐行政总厨、中国高级烹饪技师、南京十大名厨殷允民,南京市旅游职业学院讲师、菜肴研发总监、中国高级烹饪技师、江苏烹饪高级裁判陶宗虎,南京市中等专业学校烹饪专业教师、国际公共营养师首席培训师、中国食品雕刻大师王广宇,南京市中等专业学校骨干教师、中式高级烹调技师张荣明。他们分别在全国及省、市级烹饪大赛中获得过金奖。
Commissioned by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, Nanjing Huaiyang Cuisine Chef, part of Nanjing Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, went to visit the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland from September 16 to October 3 for the visit of “Huaiyang Cuisine Culinary Display”. Cooking troupe from Jiangsu Province Qiaotun Qia Jun Qiu, deputy director. The four masters of the cooking troupes are: Chinese Executive Chef at Westin Nanjing, Senior Cooking Technician in China, Yin Yunmin, Top Ten Chefs in Nanjing, Lecturer in Nanjing Tourism College, Director of Dishes Research and Development, Senior Cooking Technician in China, Jiangsu Cooking senior referee Tao Zonghu, Nanjing secondary vocational school cooking professional teacher, international public dietitian chief trainer, Chinese food sculptor Wang Guangyu, Nanjing secondary specialized school backbone teacher, Chinese senior cooking technician Zhang Rongming. They won the gold medal in national and provincial and municipal cooking competitions respectively.
