“学讲计划”所提出的教学方法,不能仅仅靠学习理论知识,重要的是需要教师在教学过程中去运用,去探索,去思考,去总结。半年多来,我在不断地学习理论知识的基础上,在实际的课堂中,坚持尝试运用“学讲计划”所提出的“学进去,讲出来”的教学方法。在不断的实践中,我发现三年级的学生“学进去”相对容易一点,而“讲出来”就比较困难了。那么,怎样能够让三年级的孩子“讲出来”呢?我想,这“讲出来”不是单纯地说,而是要讲得有条理,有
