目的:探讨医院优质护理服务体系的构建及实施成效。方法:以提高基础护理质量、改善患者的就医体验、医院健全规章制度、明确岗位责任、加强培训、创建优质护理服务病房等措施,推行优质护理服务体系的构建。以内科为例,比较优质护理服务前后患者的护理质量及护理满意度。结果:优质护理服务实施后,护士在病房管理、基础护理、分级护理等方面的护理质量评分,均高于实施前(P<0.05)。患者在服务态度、业务水平、护理安全等方面的护理满意度,高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:医院优质护理服务体系的构建,有利于改善护士的护理质量,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective: To discuss the construction and implementation of hospital quality nursing service system. Methods: To improve the quality of basic nursing, improve the patient’s medical experience, improve the rules and regulations of the hospital, clarify job responsibilities, strengthen training and create quality nursing service ward and other measures to promote the construction of quality nursing service system. Take the internal medicine as an example to compare the quality of care and satisfaction of patients before and after the quality nursing service. Results: After the implementation of quality nursing service, the nursing quality scores of nurses in ward management, basic nursing and grading nursing were higher than those before the implementation (P <0.05). Patients’ satisfaction with nursing care in service attitude, service level and nursing safety was higher than before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The construction of hospital high-quality nursing service system is conducive to improving nurses’ nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
