应用分步电泳法检测水溶液和大鼠尿液中的古糖酯 (Propyleneglucol Guluronate SodiumSulfate,PGSS) .该醋酸纤维膜电泳选用两种电泳液 :(1) 0 .1mol· L-1的醋酸锌溶液 ,p H6 .0 ;(2 )1.0 mol· L-1的醋酸钡溶液 ,p H5.0。电泳膜于 0 .5%阿利辛兰水溶液中染色 ,1%醋酸溶液褪色。该法能够检测不同介质中的古糖酯 ,水溶液中的检测下限为电泳膜上加样 10 0 ng,尿液中古糖酯浓度高于 50 0 ng/ m L,经提取可以用此法测得。实验证实该法灵敏、稳定性高、重现性好。
Propylene glycoluric acid sodium sulfide (PGSS) in aqueous solution and rat urine was detected by a step-by-step electrophoresis method. Two kinds of electrophoresis solutions were selected for the electrophoresis of cellulose acetate membrane: (1) 0.1mol · L-1 zinc acetate solution , p H6 .0; (2) 1.0 mol · L -1 barium acetate solution, p H5.0. The electrophoresis film was stained in 0.5% aliskiren aqueous solution, and the 1% acetic acid solution was discolored. The method can detect the ancient sugar esters in different media. The lower limit of detection in the aqueous solution is 10 0 ng on the electrophoresis film and the concentration of the ancient sugar ester in the urine is higher than 50 0 ng / m L, which can be measured by this method . Experiments confirmed that the method sensitive, high stability, good reproducibility.
