本文研究了12对人原发性肝细胞癌(PHC)和癌旁组织ets-2,IGF-Ⅱ,C-myc和N-ras的表达。在12对标本中,至少有1种以上的癌基因表达增加。ets-2表达最多见,12对标本中均有表达,以3.5和2.4 kb的条带为主,而正常对照肝表达4.5,3.5和2.4 kb条带,以4.5和3.5 kb条带为主。6例癌旁组织ets-2的表达高于PHC。IGF-Ⅱ在3对标本中表达为5.0和2.0 kb的胚胎型转录物;1例标本癌旁组织有5.0和2.0 kb IGF-Ⅱ表达而PHC中却没有表达.N-ras在8/12 PHC和6/12癌旁组织表达为4.0 kb的条带,2例癌旁组织N-ras的表达高于PHC.9/12 PHC和6/12的癌旁组织有4.0 kb C-myc表达条带,其中1例癌旁组织C-myc的表达高于PHC.在2例PHG,除4.0 kb条带外还有2.2 kb的C-myc的表达。
This study investigated the expression of 12 pairs of human primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) and paracancerous tissue ets-2, IGF-II, C-myc and N-ras. In 12 pairs of specimens, at least one of the oncogenes increased in expression. The expression of ets-2 was the most common, and 12 pairs of specimens were expressed, with bands of 3.5 and 2.4 kb dominant, whereas the normal control liver expressed 4.5, 3.5 and 2.4 kb bands, with 4.5 and 3.5 kb bands dominant. The expression of ets-2 in the adjacent tissues was higher than PHC in 6 cases. IGF-II was expressed as an embryonic transcript of 5.0 and 2.0 kb in 3 pairs of specimens; 5.0 and 2.0 kb IGF-II were expressed in paratumor tissues in 1 specimen but not in PHC. N-ras was in 8/12 PHC. The expression of N-ras in paracancerous tissue was higher than that in PHC.9/12 PHC and 6/12, and 4.0 kb C-myc expression band was found in paratumor tissue around 6/12 paracancerous tissues. Among them, the expression of C-myc was higher in one paracancerous tissue than in PHC. In two cases of PHG, the expression of C-myc was 2.2 kb in addition to the 4.0 kb band.
