象皮需制成散剂才能外用。并介绍砂烫法、蛤粉炒法、土炒法、滑石粉炒法的质量比较，提出以砂炒法最合理，蛤粉炒法则具有止血功效。
Elephant skins need to be made into powders for external use. In addition, the quality comparison of the sanding method, the frying method, the soil frying method and the talcum powder frying method was introduced. It was suggested that the sand frying method was the most reasonable and the frying method had the hemostatic effect.
