Like many new technologies, laser technology was first used to improve the combat effectiveness of modern military equipment. Both current and planned laser installations will revolutionize weapons and cover almost all military-related areas. Table 1 lists the main military applications of low-power lasers. The development trend of civilian laser devices can be seen from the breakthrough of various commercial lasers in their own income and the sales of different types of lasers (see “Laser and Infrared”, No. 1, 1984). Due to the wide range of laser applications, and the rapid development can not be included in this article, and now on the laser radar, laser information processing and laser medical three parties
