现代住宅及商业建筑由于建筑体量越来越大,建筑功能越来越完善,在进行建筑基础施工时,为了确保建筑物的整体性,多数采用现浇筏板基础作为建筑基础形式,这种基础形式能够兼做地下室底板。但对于建筑工程施工而言筏板基础需要进行大体积混凝土浇筑,如何控制浇筑完成后的混凝土的裂缝问题是每一位建筑施工现场技术及管理人员注意的关键之一。本文根据笔者近年来所参加的一些工程所积累的经验,概括的分析了当前大体积混凝土产生裂缝的具体原因,并提出了较为详细的应当措施,对于相关工程技术及管理人员有一定参考意义。
