住宅群体及个体建筑艺术处理的好坏,对城市面貌起着十分重要的作用。随着新材料、新结构、新技术的发展,必然会引起住宅建筑外貌的一些变化。这就要求我们在创作实践中更好地解决建筑标准化与艺术处理多样化之间的矛盾,使新的物质技术条件成为创造丰富多采的建筑形象的有利因素。
The quality of residential groups and individual architectural arts plays a very important role in the appearance of the city. With the development of new materials, new structures and new technologies, it will inevitably cause some changes in the appearance of residential buildings. This requires us to better resolve the contradiction between building standardization and the diversification of art processing in our creative practice, and to make new material and technological conditions a favorable factor for creating a rich and varied architectural image.
