辽宁省中小学校长培训工作已经进入“十一五”末期,这几年中,校长培训工作存在一些问题:对校长培训工作重要性认识不足,培训机构建设薄弱,培训内容的针对性和实效性还有待提高,培训模式和方法需要进一步改进,等等。为此,“十二五”期间,中小学校长培训应加强培训机构建设,健全培训制度,提高培训质量,实现校长培训的高水平均衡发展。
In Liaoning Province, primary and secondary school principals have entered the “Eleventh Five-year” period. In these years, there are some problems in the training of principals: lack of understanding of the importance of principals’ training, weakness of training institutions, and targeted training contents Effectiveness needs to be improved, training patterns and methods need to be further improved, and so on.
